The Kingdom of Bhutan, assisted by royal astrologers, has chosen today, November 6th, as an auspicious day for the coronation of its King, the 28-year-old unmarried Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, educated at Oxford, who becomes a constitutional monarch after reforms instituted during the reign of his father, who abdicated two years ago, having decided he had governed long enough.
