Magician Andy Gross scares passers-by as he stands by along with his shadow--no, legs. Liability for the trips over the curb and over the grass, causing sprained ankles and other injuries and heart attacks? Hmmm. Car crashes not so much. "According to the NHTSA and VTTI study, the principal actions that cause distracted driving and lead to vehicle crashes are:
- cell phone use.
- reaching for a moving object inside the vehicle.
- looking at an object or event outside of the vehicle.
- reading.
- applying makeup.
Responsibility for distracted driving stays with the driver. Still, pretty good illusion. More here from the Daily Mail.
