A Hong Kong appellate court has ruled against feng shui practitioner Tony Chan, who has been trying to demonstrate that a will leaving him most of the thirteen billion dollar estate of the late property mogul Nina Wang is genuine. Ms. Wang's family claims Mr. Chan forged the will, and that an earlier will dating from 2002 which leaves the estate to a charity is real. Mr. Chan now faces criminal charges in connection with the later will. He says he plans to appeal to the Court of Final Appeal, the highest court possible.
