SOS Cat

Viennese police and firefighters had to take part of a police car apart to rescue a kitty who took refuge inside the vehicle. At some point I thought I learned in German class that the Viennese call police cars weisse mauesse (white mice) but maybe I dreamed it because I cannot find verification of that. Too bad, because otherwise, it might have made the kitty somewhat clever, or psychic, or possessed of a sense of irony.
