The AP (via MSNBC.com) has this story on three upcoming court cases that examine the right of parents, based on religious objections,to refuse to seek medical treatment for their children. Two cases test Oregon's law, which limits the spiritual healing exemption, and involve families that belong to an identified church, and one, a case coming out of Wisconsin, involves parents who do not.
