No sooner had Heidi Montag (yes, you've heard of Heidi Montag: she's a reality star on The Hills) fired her husband Spencer Pratt as her business manager and hired herself a new manager, one Aiden Chase, than she fired said new manager. Apparently his stellar qualities as a "healer intuitive" (she told chat magazine People that "Having an intuitive psychic leading my team gives me an edge no one else has") wasn't quite the comfort she thought it was going to be. Never heard of Aiden Chase? Here's a smattering of what his website says about him.
Known as "Hollywood's Healer," he works with people of all backgrounds, including world political and spiritual leaders, and celebrities. He is on the forefront of discussions with scientists and doctors about vibrational medicine and energy healing modalities. He is currently writing his first book on energy healing, ancient traditions and synergistic symbology.
Poor Mr. Chase. He's out--both as her manager and as her seer-into-the-future. Says Ms. Montag, "I have decided to part ways with Mr. Chase both as a manager and as a psychic and will scrutinize my business decisions more carefully in the future. I will now be managing my own career as a strong and independent woman."
To be fair, apparently Heidi's decision was based partly on his "recent behavior" on the set of The Hills and Just Go With It, perhaps related to Audrina Patridge, Ms. Montag's Hills co-star. But Mr. Chase denies knowledge of any behavior of which Ms. Montag might disapprove, including discussing becoming Ms. Patridge's manager. "I spoke with Audrina Patridge briefly when I was on the set of 'The Hills' with Heidi recently, but never discussed being her manager." Well, as far as this pair's continuing relationship goes, signs point to murky.
