DC Circuit Likes Its Opening

Physician/attorney Michael Newdow, who's suing over the use of the phrase "So help me God," in the Presidential Oath of Office, tried to keep the federal appellate court hearing his case from using the phrase "God save the United States and this honorable court" when it convenes to take up his cause next week.
