Long Island Magician Arrested For Secret Tapings of Woman, Children
New York's WABC reports that a Long Island magician, Robert Infantino, has been arrested and charged with three counts of "unlawful surveillance." The New York Daily News reports that Mr. Infantino had apparently invited a woman and her two daughters to his home for a "photo shoot." As they were preparing while undressing in a dressing room, one of the daughters found a video camera in a box in the room. Judge Gerald Asher ordered Mr. Infantino held on almost $200,000 bail. His next court date is August 26.
